Everything in the cosmos is composed of matter, energy and information. The human body is the same condition. Information has its extremely important meanings in human body. Only matter and energy can not form the human body. In a sense, information is the “blueprint” for matter and energy to form the human body. Information in the human body plays an extremely important role of metabolism, reproduction and regulation. The self-meaning of human is a kind of action process of information. Under the participation of information, the human body is capable of self-organizing, self-regulating and self-repairing.

To sum up a.m. viewpoints and discourse, whether we could primarily define human model as: human is composed of matter, energy and information; an open macro-system which possessed such effects as bioelectricity, magnetism, sound, light and heat…etc.; a life entity and biology field with capability of self-awareness, high-ordering, self-organization, self-regulation and self-repair.

Speaking of Qigong practice, in view of a person able to enter his Qigong state, he can affect and control bioelectricity and magnetism effects…etc. through self spiritual consciousness to give full play to subjective initiative; thus, to strengthen ordering level and self-regulation abilities. Human is composed of matter, energy and information. To a certain extent, he can use consciousness to affect and control the open macro-system of bioelectricity, magnetism, sound, light and heat effects. Under certain condition, consciousness can be used to affect life entity and human biology field with abilities of ordering level, self-organization, self-regulation and self-repair.

Having basic viewpoint and conception of human body, let us talk about the essence of “Qi” . Is it matter or energy or else after all ? Up to now, its effects have been proven by scientific device. There exists infrared radiation effect modulated by low frequency fluctuation which can produce physiological effect and medical effect.

The infrared radiation in “Qi” can produce physiological effect and medical effect, which is mainly because of its fluctuation and volatility. So called fluctuation and volatility contain information which emits from live organism under Qigong state. When such information enters into receiver, it may occur some phenomena like coupling, resonance, consonance or reaction, thereby produce physiological and medical effects.
All matters are composed of molecules which are composed of atoms. There is an atomic nucleus at the center of atom (there are protons, neutrons and mesons in it). The matters are surrounded by multi-storey electrons. Under normal condition, the electrons, molecules and atoms are all in a state of “lowest energy” motion. Where there is external excitation, that is to say the joint of external energy to the function, for example, when matters are heated, the motion of electrons, molecules and atoms aggravate immediately. Low energy transforms to “high energy” state. It is called resonance absorption.

The resonance occurs when frequencies are the same or close. Same frequency enables resonance and absorption. In everyday life, radio, TV, telecommunication tools have the same philosophy. The frequency channel is regulated to reach clear receiving. Infrared magnetic wave is the same. According to scientific findings, it is not only sunlight can irradiate infrared. All matters (including living organism) can irradiate as long as their temperature over absolute zero (-273°C) Different living things irradiate different infrared wavelength and energy.
In other words, human body can emit 9.35 micron infrared, at the same time, absorb 9.35 micron infrared ( This is Kirchhoff’s law: a good absorber is a good emitter) Thus, to human body, 9.35 micron of external infrared is the optimal level that can excite “ resonance absorb” effect with molecule structure in cell.
